Daily numbers
Each person types their own numbers for the day, like a sheet. Every change saves on its own when you leave the cell. The small number under each cell is what the CRM logged from the action queue, so gaps stand out. Managers can fill in for anyone.

Paste rows copied from Google Sheets (headers included) or upload a CSV from Sales Navigator, BetterContact, Clay or Apollo. Columns are matched by header name. Duplicates are skipped by LinkedIn URL, then email.
How data flows
- Sales Navigator: save the search, save leads to a named Lead List. That list name becomes the “Source list name” here.
- Enrich: run the list through BetterContact for verified email + mobile. Keep its “email status” column.
- Stage in Google Sheets if you like: clean it, then copy the rows and paste them here.
- Import: each lead gets an import batch ID, a creation time and who imported it, so every record traces back to its list.
- Instantly: export “Valid” emails from the Leads tab (filter by source) to upload into your campaign.
- Back to Sheets: Export CSV from Leads or Dashboard at any time for a Sheet copy or monthly archive.
Recognized columns
Company Tier · POC Tier (EE/1/2/3; POC tier is suggested from the title when blank) · First/Last Name or Name · Title · Company · Website · LinkedIn URL · Email · Email Status · Mobile / Phone · Direct Dial · State / Location · Industry / Segment · Company Size · Notes
Sync email results from Instantly
In Instantly, open the campaign → Leads → Export CSV (do this at the end of each shift). Upload it here. Leads are matched by email: sends complete the due email step, replies move the lead to Replied, bounces flag the email, unsubscribes become Do Not Contact. Rows already synced are skipped, so you can upload the same campaign every day.
Backups
Three layers keep your data safe, all free:
- Automatic nightly backup to your private GitHub (set up once, see the launch checklist). It keeps the last 30 days.
- Download a backup below whenever you want a copy on your computer. Do it every Friday.
- Change history: the database keeps a record of every edit and delete, with who and when.
Restore from a backup
Choose a backup file (metishire-crm-backup-….json) from this page or from GitHub. Records in the file are put back. Anything added after the backup stays as it is.
Trash
Deleted leads, companies and projectsNothing is lost when someone deletes a record. It comes here first, with who deleted it and when. Restore puts it back exactly as it was.
Daily routine
Start of shift (everyone)
- Sign in and check your name is shown under “You are”.
- Open Today. “My queue” lists every touch due for you, overdue ones first (red), then Tier 1 companies and EE / Tier 1 contacts.
- Work the queue top to bottom. For each item, choose the outcome and click Log, or Skip if it can’t be done.
Sales (Shehzad): calls, voicemails, texts
- Filter the queue to Call. The prospect’s local time shows next to the number. Orange means outside business hours.
- If someone is interested, pick Connected – interested. They jump to “Needs attention” for Manahil.
- Wrong number? Pick it, so the lead gets flagged for new data.
Lead Gen (Aayan): Sales Navigator + LinkedIn
- Pull leads, enrich them (BetterContact free credits or manually), then Import with the Sales Nav list name as the source.
- Check each company’s tier and each contact’s tier (EE / T1 / T2 / T3) on the Leads tab.
- Work the LinkedIn steps in the queue, or use “Mark all as sent” after sending.
Marketing (Haseeb): email
- Export Valid emails from Leads (filter by source) into Instantly.
- At the end of the shift, go to Import → Sync from Instantly with the campaign CSV. Replies and bounces update on their own.
End of shift (everyone)
- Open Daily numbers and type your numbers in your row.
- Check your queue shows no red items. Anything you can’t finish: add a note in the lead’s history.
How nothing gets missed
- Every lead has a next step. Once its cadence starts, each touch has a due date and an owner. Skipped or missed ones stay red until handled.
- Duplicates are blocked on import and on “Add POC” (same LinkedIn URL or email).
- Data health on the Dashboard lists leads with missing emails or phones, no tier, stale leads (untouched 4+ days) and finished cadences that need a decision.
- Needs attention on Today shows every reply, interested lead and project that is due.
- Nothing is deleted for good without going through Trash first, and every change is kept in history.
- Nightly backups plus the Friday download mean there are always copies outside the CRM.
Weekly (Manahil)
- Friday: Backup & trash → Download full backup.
- Dashboard: check Data health, Coverage by company tier, and Source lists (which Sales Nav lists get replies).
- Daily numbers → Last 7 days: check who is missing days.
- Projects & deals: move every deal forward or close it.
